Common Root is pleased to invite you to another all-levels yoga class facilitated by Julia Phillips on Friday, May 29th from 6:30 – 7:30 PM. Julia will provide yoga mats and instruction, but feel free to bring your own mat if you prefer.

This class is free and open to the public.

If the weather is nice, join us at Woods Park (directly across O Street from Common Root). In the case of inclement weather, yoga will be held inside Common Root’s suite.

Meet the instructor: fresh out of the jungles of Costa Rica, Julia is ready to share her knowledge and skills with the world. Officially certified with the Yoga Alliance, she is eager to begin her teaching journey.

Julia loves to dance, hula hoop, and sing. As a loving, free spirit, she encourages others to have that same freedom and love for themselves and each other. We are all in this journey together. She looks forward to helping create a happy and healthy lifestyle for Lincoln’s community members.
